Accenture and OpenSpan have teamed on many Global 2000 contact center projects to improve productivity and enhance customer service by streamlining the agent desktop. The Accenture Integrated Desktop solution have now been deployed in conjunction with OpenSpan to more than 35,000 enterprise desktops resulting in decreased average handling times, improved first call resolution rates and increased up-sell and cross-sell revenues.

The OpenSpan Platform enables the Accenture Integrated Desktop product to integrate with nearly any application, including desktop, Java, mainframe, virtualized, software-as-a service, cloud-based, Web services, closed legacy and virtually any application where there is no access to source code. With OpenSpan, Accenture Integrated Desktop customers can automate and deploy processes more quickly and in a highly iterative manner, driving quicker business wins.
