Our Support team is fully backed by the entire OpenSpan core development team, meaning that our clients get the best possible answers to questions and the appropriate degree of technical knowledge applied to any problems. Customer support includes 24x7 support for severity 1 production support issues and standard phone, e-mail and online support for non-severity 1 and development support issues.
- Upgrades - OpenSpan strives to build software that provides the greatest possible business value to our clients. Major software releases often introduce significant new functionality and OpenSpan Maintenance clients will be automatically notified of the availability of the upgrades to which they are entitled.
