Under the agreement, AttachmateWRQ will bring OpenSpan’s Composite Studio to AttachmateWRQ customers worldwide, extending Verastream’s legacy integration breadth and providing organizations with the most comprehensive approach to quick, non-invasive reuse of any application functionality.

This partnership further fulfills the AttachmateWRQTM integration strategy of extending legacy assets via service oriented architecture (SOA) through non-invasive service enablement. By combining AttachmateWRQ Verastream® mainframe and Web integration expertise with OpenSpan’s desktop application integration capabilities, customers can integrate Windows, Java, green screen, and packaged applications right at the desktop to create seamless, highly-efficient solutions.
