OPENSPAN TEAM LEADER OpenSpan is looking to hire a Team Leader to handle the following responsibilties: - Manage customer support group and ticketing system to resolve technical and functional product issues
- Deliver technical solutions to customers using Object Oriented programming, XML, Web Services and Database Integration
- Provide product feedback to development team
- Troubleshoot and support third party integration and serve as a point of contact for enterprise customer accounts
- Ensure goals projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
- Provide technical advice and mentor team members
Travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the United States is required. Required Skills and Experience: - M.S. degree in Computer Science, an Engineering discipline or a closely-related field
- One year of experience in the job offered or as a Technical Account Manager or Software Engineer
- Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable
