OPENSPAN TEAM LEADER

OpenSpan is looking to hire a Team Leader to handle the following responsibilties:

  • Manage customer support group and ticketing system to resolve technical and functional product issues
  • Deliver  technical solutions to customers using Object Oriented programming, XML, Web Services and Database Integration
  • Provide product feedback to development team
  • Troubleshoot and support third party integration and serve as a point of contact for enterprise customer accounts
  • Ensure goals projects are accomplished within prescribed time frame and funding parameters
  • Provide technical advice and mentor team members

Travel on assignment to various unanticipated client sites within the United States is required.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • M.S. degree in Computer Science, an Engineering discipline or a closely-related field
  • One year of experience in the job offered or as a Technical Account Manager or Software Engineer
  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable
